EFB Pallet

EFB pallets are made from Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB), which are a byproduct of the palm oil industry.

How They’re Made

Collection: EFB waste is collected from palm oil mills.
Shredding: The material is shredded into fine fibers.
Drying: Fibers are dried to reduce moisture content.
Compression Molding: Fibers are compressed under high temperature and pressure in molds, allowing the lignin to bind the material naturally into a solid shape.
Cooling & Trimming: The molded pallets are cooled, trimmed, and quality-checked.
