Strapping Band

Strapping bands (PP, PET) are divided into PP strapping bands (also known as polypropylene strapping bands) and PET strapping bands (also known as plastic steel strapping bands), which are produced using polypropylene and PET polyester as raw materials, respectively, and are suitable for the packaging needs of objects of varying weights.

PP STRAPPIG BAND

PP, scientifically known as polypropylene, is an environmentally friendly strapping material produced from polypropylene. It is a lightweight strapping used in fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual strapping machines, suitable for bundling cardboard boxes or pallets weighing from a few kilograms to several hundred kilograms.

Classification:
According to the surface colour of the strapping:

Transparent PP strapping
Semi-transparent PP strapping
Opaque PP strapping
Various colours

Colours:
White, red, yellow, green, blue, black, transparent, etc.

Usage:
Used for packing cartons or other relatively lightweight objects.

PET STRAPPIG BAND

PET strapping, also known as PET plastic steel strapping (plastic steel strapping), is a polyester strapping made from PET as the main raw material, extruded and unidirectionally stretched. PET strapping is currently the most popular new eco-friendly packaging material internationally, replacing steel bands, wires, and heavy-duty PP strapping.It is now widely used in wood, paper, steel, aluminum ingots, steel pipes, profiles, glass, building materials, ceramics, electrical appliances, metal products, tobacco, chemical fibers, and cotton belts.

Smooth surface

Tensile strength:

H grade (i.e., PET strapping with a tensile strength of 441N or above per square millimetre).
M grade (i.e., PET strapping with a tensile strength of over 408N per square millimetre).
L-grade (i.e., PET strapping with a tensile strength of over 343N per square millimetre).

Colour:
Various colours (can be customized)

Usage:
Used to replace steel straps for bundling heavy objects weighing hundreds of kilograms to several tons.
